Musiara in Nairobi (1)

Musiara in Nairobi (1) was captured at The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Elephant Sanctuary in Nairobi, Kenya in late February 2020. Musiara, pictured here, was rescued by the sanctuary after he was found alone, emaciated and unresponsive by a film crew on the plains of the Maasai Mara. Sheldrick rehabilitated Musiara and will eventually reintegrate him back into the wild. I had followed his story from afar through Sheldrick’s adoption program, and had the privilege of documenting Musiara at the sanctuary.

This photograph is limited to a 20 print run in each available size and is printed on Canson Infinity Photo Lustre Premium RC 310 GSM archival paper, designed to meet the highest lifespan requirements.
